Reflexology
Services for the Childbearing Years
You may choose from an hour or an hour and a half of Reflexology. Sessions start promptly.
New Client Treatment
At the first appointment we will review your health history and ask detailed
questions to understand your needs, and goals, and formulate your unique
reflexology treatment plan. This is a 60 minute Foot Reflexology session with an
extra 15-20 minutes for intake and post session questions. The regular 60 minute
rate applies. Alternatively, new clients can schedule a 90 minute session as
their first session for the 90 minute rate.

The 60 minute session can be "just feet," feet and hands, or the Flocco method of Feet, hands and ears. Please specify your preference at the time of booking your appointment.

A 90 minute session is feet, hands and ears
typically. You may opt to have the hands or ear omitted if you prefer.

Pediatric Reflexology
Infants and children can
benefit greatly from gentle reflexology. Parents are encouraged to learn basic
reflex points during the session to carry on the benefits of this modality at

Half hour......................................$40
Taste of Reflexology
In this session the client receives a half hour of
Reflexology, a great way to sample this modality.
It is also an ideal length of time for young children, the elderly and those
with more acute health concerns. This session is gentle and helps promote
relaxation.

Add-On Services
Seasonal add on for July:
Arctic Blast for Hot Feet
Cool, soothe, relax those tired soles with this month's Reflexology treatment.
Featuring the soothing properties of Aloe Vera,
relaxing and skin healing Lavender oil, and the cooling of
Witch Hazel. Reflexology points to
emphasize in this session will include the circulatory system, lymphatics and
kidneys. Cool marble stones will be incorporated into the session to draw out
the heat and cool those puppies off.
Fertility Reflexology
These sessions support
conscious conception - the welcoming of a baby into your life and into your body. Endocrine and reproductive systems are emphasized with attention to creating balance throughout the whole body. Sessions can be used as a complement to assisted reproductive technologies (ART), such as IVF, IUI, ICSI, or other reproductive methods such as Clomid challenges or after procedures for
endometriosis, ovarian cysts or fibroids. Rates are the same as described under Reflexology above.
Prenatal Reflexology
Reflexology during pregnancy works to bring balance and relaxation during a
time of rapid change for mother and baby. Sessions will focus on reflex areas specific to organs most affected at
each stage of your pregnancy. Clients following the
Gentle Birth Method are welcome to schedule sessions based on Dr. Motha's
guidelines. Talk to your practitioner for specific recommendations based on your
health goals and any existing concerns. Rates are the same as described under Reflexology above.
**Reflexology-Birth Doula Package
Combine the benefits of Reflexology throughout your pregnancy with the care and support of a Doula during your labor. This package includes six (6) one-hour reflexology sessions to be used during your pregnancy and up to six weeks postpartum, plus reflexology during your labor (as appropriate).

**Birth Doula
When you contract Amy as your birth doula you can expect two prenatal visits, unlimited email and phone support up to four weeks postpartum, 24 hour on-call status for the four weeks surrounding your estimated due date, continuous labor support when you call Amy and a prenatal visit in the first few weeks home.
