We offer half hour, one hour and ninety minute Reflexology appointments. Initial visits with new clients take longer but we do not charge you for this extra time as we get to know your goals, health history and prepare a treatment plan just for you. Book your appointment online.

Reflexology
New Client treatment
At the first appointment we will review your
health history and ask detailed questions to understand your needs, and
goals, and formulate your unique reflexology treatment plan. Allow for
an additional 20-30 minutes for intake and exit consults.

Reflexology
These sessions can be tailored to your individual wellness goals.
Foot Reflexology
The most common of Reflexology methods, this session focuses entirely on
the feet.

Hand and Foot Reflexology
This session will divide the time amongst the two maps: hands
and feet.

90 minute.....................................$100
Integrated Foot, Hand and Ear Reflexology
The "works" session where all three maps are worked over the
course of the session.

Pediatric Reflexology
Infants and children can benefit greatly from gentle reflexology.
Parents are encouraged to learn basic reflex points during the session
to carry on the benefits of this modality at home. See

Half hour......................................$40
Half Hour Healing Session
Ideal for the elderly, frail, or ill client that would benefit from
a series of shorter sessions. In this up-to 30 minute session the
Reflexologist will focus on the hands or feet.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy Consultation
Required for all clients new to aromatherapy services at The
Barefoot Dragonfly. Session is 30 minutes and includes an inhaled oil
treatment.

Add a single essential oil to upgrade your Reflexology session!
Aromatherapy add-on...................$10
Metamorphosis
Metamorphosis
The session will take place in a seated or reclined position and the
practitioner will apply gentle touch to the feet, hands, head and spine.
Please note that Metamorphosis is not a form of Reflexology or massage.
