Hot weather spells hot feet but I have a simple tip for fast relief here.
Recycle an old golf ball (or two), wash thoroughly in soapy water with a scrub brush or old tooth brush. Rinse, then pop them into the freezer’s door pocket like this:
After a couple of hours you can pull the golf balls out of the freezer and roll under foot like this:
Toes get hot and puffy too, so try resting the toes on the ball like this:
If your golf ball wants to run away on you try using a hand towel or small area rug on the floor to create a bit of traction while rolling the golf ball.
