Unfortunately the weather is not cooperating with us this week so we’ll look to reschedule for the 14th or 15th.

Walk-and-talk with reflexologist Amy Kreydin at Rattan Creek Park in Austin, Texas. Meet me in the parking lot in front of the Community Center and then we’ll enjoy the trail while talking about foot health and how it impacts the whole body.
